Lise Hay is Kookaburra Organics Australia's expert on soil creation, worm farming, moon planting and loves to see a No Dig Garden built in next to no time. Her passion is reducing landfill by collecting organic “waste” from local cafes and feeding this to her ever-expanding worm farms and composting systems. She is creating an urban farm at her home in Burpengary. She grows food by the cycles of the moon and has achieved abundance using this ancient method of gardening. Lise has heaps of fun at workshops and takes great pleasure in being with food growers, both old and new.

Paula West is the Queen Bee/ Apiarist of Adopt a Beehive. www.adoptabeehive.com.au  Paula’s approach to beekeeping is totally holistic and natural and she will impart some vital “must know” info about bees, pollination and your veggie garden.   Her expertise and comments are regularly sought by media groups.
