THIS WORKSHOP IS FULLY BOOKED. Next workshop Saturday 7th November

Authentic ORGANIC Sourdough Bread & Pasta Making workshop.

Location Palmwoods, Sunshine Coast.

Using  the Artisan approach you will make your own 1kg loaf of ORGANIC bread from scratch, using wild yeasts.

This workshop is perfect for those wanting to eat "REAL bread" & have a healthy lifestyle to be self-sufficient, living more sustainably or  Off-Grid living.

We will be: Preparing a culture, Kneading & forming into loaves, Baking and tasting true bread made with real flour.


Whilst the bread is baking we will make fresh Pasta from scratch. Make raviolli and canelloni as well as a tomato passata sauce.  Then we shall taste test our efforts for the day.

This workshop will be conducted by Paula West, organic farmer, Beekeeper & DR. of Traditional Chinese Medicine and home chef using sustainable grown clean food. 

Please bring a tea towel to wrap your take home loaf in.

Morning Tea will be provided.

Starter Mother Culture available at $10.
