Gary Hands is an  Organic grower of fresh produce including survival & Heirloom plants. Kookaburra Farm is a Organic and sustainable, naturally farmed market garden on the Sunshine Coast,Qld.

Gary is well known for his knowledge in organic growing in both temperate & sub–tropical areas.  He is a regular speaker at Garden Clubs, Sustainability Expo's and Organic Food groups.  He regularly presents a range of vegetable growing workshops catering for beginners through to the very experienced gardener. Paula West is the Queen Bee/ Apiarist of Adopt a Beehive. www.adoptabeehive.com.au  Paula’s approach to beekeeping is totally holistic and natural and she will impart some vital “must know” info about bees, pollination and your veggie garden.   Her expertise and comments are regularly sought by media groups.

Several articles have been published about Adopt a Beehive in the Sunshine Coast Daily and the prestigious Salt magazine. Nikki Holst Committed organic Food grower and preserver, Permaculturist and Horticulturist, Beekeeper and Wild life rescuer/carer for over 20 years, specializing in Bats & Birds (also very important pollinators) along with our Honey Bees.  She has an amazing depth of knowledge in plants and their uses.

Zeb Hornabrook Enthusiastic Cheesemaker, Chef and Homesteader.  Being Self Sufficient and feeding his family from their lifestyle block has been his focus for many years.  Their daily life includes milking the house cow, keeping honey bees & chickens & expanding their organic vegetable garden.

Zeb's career as a Chef provides him with a wide range of skills, and a keen focus & passion for developing easy processes for the home foodmaker.
