Authentic ORGANIC Sourdough Bread & Pasta making workshop. Next time there is an emergency make your own.
Location Palmwoods, Sunshine Coast. 9.00am to 2.00pm
Using the Artisan approach, you will make your own 1kg loaf of ORGANIC bread from scratch, using wild yeasts. In the next emergency be self sufficient and bake your own.
This workshop is perfect for those wanting to eat "REAL bread", living off grid or getting started in your own sourdough business (several previous attendees are now running small scale home baked bread businesses).
We will be: Preparing a culture, Kneading & forming into loaves, Baking and tasting true bread made with organic flour.
Whilst the bread is baking we will make fresh Pasta from scratch, making ravioli, cannelloni, a passata sauce. We will taste test the finished dish.
This workshop will be conducted by Paula West, organic farmer, Beekeeper & Dr. of Traditional Chinese Medicine and home chef using sustainable grown clean food.
Please bring a tea towel to wrap your loaf to take home.
Morning Tea will be provided.
