Establishing a lifestyle of self-sufficiency, living Off-Grid or just insulating yourself against the next emergency or pandemic lockdown, then you will need to have a food preserving system. 

The perfect solution is the simple Australian method of Fowlers Vacola bottling system.  The most effective system since 1915. Over 100 yrs of expertise and knowledge & success for the Australian conditions.

Storing food to use months or years later was common practise in the past as a safeguard for the lean times.

Preserve your fruit and vegetable surplus economically, e.g. enjoy your own tomatoes in the winter months by making sauces for pasta, curry dishes, tomato soups, casseroles.  Preserve your Mangoes, Mulberries, Pineapples, Passionfruit & Pears etc.

We'll discuss in the course: the equipment, sterilization & food preparation.

This workshop will be conducted by Paula West, Organic farmer, Beekeeper, and a Dr. of Traditional Chinese Medicine & home chef using seasonally grown, clean food.
